RESERVE YOUR SPOT for a work-from-home position within our agency, by completing our application form.

STEP 2: JOIN OUR "MENTORSHIP GUIDE" SERVER

& USE YOUR REFFERAL LINK
Within your EMAIL response, you will find an "INTRODUCTION GUIDE,"  and a "UNIQUE REFERRAL LINK," specifically created for you. REVIEW YOUR GUIDE(S) and follow the step-by-step directions.

STEP 3: CREATE YOUR PROFILE & REGISTER
After reviewing our "Introduction Guide," and accessing our "Mentorship Chat," use your "Referral Link" to properly create a profile and register with our RCS agency.

STEP 4: START SETTING UP YOUR WFH OFFICE!
Within your guide, you will find all of the necessary tools in order to set up your wfh office, pass your system requirements, and get started. From this point forward, you should FREQUENTLY check your email for updates from our company and its affiliates and look forward to receiving paid training that leads you to scheduling your own shifts.

If you are unable to purchase the equipment in full we have alternative ways of obtaining the proper system and accessories that are specifically equipped for servicing our clients.

Work From Home Equipment & Requirements

CORE EXPECTATIONS

1. Operate as an Independent Contractor

  • You are not an employee of Arise.

  • You work for RCS Agency (Service Partner).

  • Pay rates and terms are set between you and our RCS Agency, not by Arise.

 

2. Complete Client-Specific Certification

  • Each client requires training and certification before you can service.

  • Training can be extensive and is designed to ensure you meet the client’s service standards.

3. Provide Customer Support Services

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls, chats, or emails

  • Assisting with orders, billing, or account questions

  • Troubleshooting technical issues

  • Updating customer records

  • Maintaining a professional, quiet home office environment

  • Managing your workflow proactively

  • Meeting quality, productivity, and schedule adherence metrics

4. Follow Scheduling Requirements

  • You choose your hours, but once selected, you’re expected to adhere to your committed schedule.

  • Many clients require minimum weekly intervals or peak‑hour commitments.

5. Meet Performance Standards

  • Quality scores, handle time, customer satisfaction, and compliance metrics must be maintained.

  • Poor performance can lead to removal from a client program, but not from our Agency.

 

6. Use Required Technology

  • You must maintain your own equipment (PC, headset, internet) that meets Arise’s technical requirements.

  • You’re responsible for troubleshooting your own setup unless the Service Partner provides support.

 

7. Professional Communication

  • Regular communication with RCS and our team lead is expected.

  • You must follow client protocols and maintain professionalism at all times.
