Agents working for RCS while on the Arise Platform are expected to operate as professional independent contractors: meeting client standards, following schedules, completing certification, and delivering high‑quality customer support, while servicing our client programs of opportunities.

CORE EXPECTATIONS
1. Operate as an Independent Contractor

You are not an employee of Arise.

You work for RCS Agency (Service Partner).

Pay rates and terms are set between you and the Service Partner, not by Arise.
2. Complete Client-Specific Certification

Each client requires training and certification before you can service.

Training can be extensive and is designed to ensure you meet the client’s service standards.
3. Provide Customer Support Services
Typical daily responsibilities include:

Handling inbound calls, chats, or emails

Assisting with orders, billing, or account questions

Troubleshooting technical issues
-
Updating customer records
-
Maintaining a professional, quiet home office environment

Managing your workflow proactively
-
Meeting quality, productivity, and schedule adherence metrics
4. Follow Scheduling Requirements

You choose your hours, but once selected, you’re expected to adhere to your committed schedule.

Many clients require minimum weekly intervals or peak‑hour commitments.
5. Meet Performance Standards

Quality scores, handle time, customer satisfaction, and compliance metrics must be maintained.

Poor performance can lead to removal from a client program.
6. Use Required Technology

You must maintain your own equipment (PC, headset, internet) that meets Arise’s technical requirements.

You’re responsible for troubleshooting your own setup unless the Service Partner provides support.
7. Professional Communication

Regular communication with your Service Partner or team lead is expected.

You must follow client protocols and maintain professionalism at all times.
